Purpose of the position
- Responsible for specific territory brand(s) promotion to achieve sales goal and brand(s) market share within ethic and compliance requirement.
Responsibilities
- Identify specific territory/organization market situation.
- Responsible for specific territory/organization sales result.
- Deliver valuable and impactful messages through scientific base engagement and patient disease journey concept.
- Design and implement brand (s) promotional plan to fit specific territory/organization market situation.
- Build long term partnership with external stakeholders through daily and impactful solution provided.
- Take responsibility in delivering updated and detailed brand (s) information and clinical data to external stakeholders in regular basis.
- As a bridge between company and external stakeholders. Response quickly to external stakeholders comment and market information.
- Provide updated competitors information in regular basis.
- Provide external stakeholders insight by collecting and analyse information or data from marketplace.
- Gather insight capability through the use of BI and other internal management system.
- Provide specific territory promotional plan and execution by analyse brand(s) performance and market intelligence analysis.
- Provide strong collaboration attitude with marketing and Key Account Manager and other functions to implement integrated brand promotional plan.
- Completed and pass internal annual certification related to product training, sales skills and digital promotional tools to maintain professionalism in the field.
- Maintain readiness and preparation for internal meeting and related training related to eco-system, product knowledge, sales skill and digital tools.
Requirements
- College degree and above, major in medical, pharmacy or related field.
- At least 3 year working experiences in multinational pharmaceutical company in sales.
(Oncology experience highly preferred)
- Excellence sales, analysis, problem solving and interpersonal relation skills.
- Excellence communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

- Computer literacy proficiency
