Salesforce Developer

Advantech is currently looking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and build a comprehensive service offering for Advantech's online e-commerce platform.

Reporting of the role:

This role reports directly to the Commerce IT Lead

Responsibilities of the role:

• Plan and develop mechanisms for the online e-commerce platform with Commerce Cloud as the core through the Salesforce platform.
• Integrate Commerce Cloud with third-party services such as logistics systems, payment systems, ERP systems, etc.
• Participate in system maintenance, planning, process improvement, and other project activities.
• Engage in cross-team Scrum processes, conduct business analysis, system development, integration implementation, and discussions.

What you will need: (Required Skills)

• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud Configuration and Programming.
• Skills in development technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Component, etc.
• Experience with Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Visual Studio Code/Developer Console development.
• Proficiency in Git version control.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• More than 5 years of experience in Java or .NET e-commerce project development. Candidates with a willingness to transition programming languages are also welcome to apply.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with the implementation and development process of modules in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Salesforce version deployment architecture, processes, and experience with CI/CD implementation.
• Familiarity with the operations mechanism of e-commerce.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders and external users.
