Job Description

Our client, a leading Travel and Cargo Brand, is looking for an experienced SAP professional with strong functional exposure in SAP Basis functions. This is a contract opportunity with high probability for potential extension.

Working closely with a dynamic team, you will be playing a critical role, ensuring the overall security operations, administration, maintenance and implementation.

Key responsibilities

Manage SAP Database encryption, Security operations, administration configuration and system integration
Work on system configuration, system upgrades, system performance and project progress reports
Monitor security issues, gaps to ensure fully compliant and robust data security
Collaborate with the Technology & Functional teams to work and ensure seamless integration of SAP systems and Operations
Work on troubleshoot, backups, storage, manging system and client copies
Keep abreast with the latest technology trends to augment the business enhancement

Role requirements

University degree in information system, computer science or similar disciplines
5+ yrs of strong functional exposure in SAP Basis domain
Well versed with SAP Basis operations, administration, maintenance and implementation
SAP Certifications with experience in SAP HANA, MS SQL
Ability to analyze and translate business needs into simplified solution
Possess passion for new technologies, and understanding of Databases, CHARM, IDOC
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple project related priorities
A team player with proven track record of working with diverse teams and stakeholders
Possess excellent communication skills
