Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Principal Manager, the appointee will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support business case development, resources planning and cost monitoring
- Manage and lead internal / external resources for feasibility study, project implementations, continuous enhancements, and support to the below areas:
- Device Management and Meter Data Management
- Billing, Invoicing and Bill Presentment
- Revenue and Credit Control
- Customer service provision, customer relationship management and customer campaigns
- Customer contact centre management
- Drive and lead project delivery including but not limited to the below to meet business requirement
- Be able to provide and/or improve the quality of project planning, timeline, cost and resources to meet realistic project delivery
- Identify risks and design mitigation plan, including adequacy of test plans and outcomes, with residual risk being understood and accepted by management
- Participate in solution discussion.
- Evaluate and propose solution approaches adhere to IT standard
- Hands-on solution implementation, code review and quality assurance
- Produce required documentation in various project stages
- Conduct periodic project review and communicate with stakeholder
- Ensure high availability of current applications including but not limited to bug fixes, feature enhancements, performance tuning and capacity planning
- Keep abreast of latest trends in technology, industry and corresponding business domain
- Non-office hour 7x24 mobile support in rotation
Requirements:
- A recognized University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Business Analyst/ Project Manager certification from HKITPC or PMP certification would be an advantage.
- At least 5 years working experience in IT solution delivery, of which 2 years exposure in project management
- Hands-on experience in implementation or supporting either SAP or Oracle ERP system is a must.
- Experience in device management, billing and/or credit control is highly preferable.
- Experience in supporting retail application for customer service, customer relationship management and call centre solution is highly preferable, with utility background would be a definite advantage.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ISU/CRM and Genesys Cloud is an advantage.
- Innovative with excellent supervisory, interpersonal, vendor management, stakeholder management and fast learning skill are essential.
- Good project management skill and track record with knowledge on various project management methodology and IT operation model (e.g. agile, scrum), able to work under pressure and meet tight project timeline.
- Experience leading design thinking, or digital transformation project is an advantage.
- Experience and technical knowhow in application integration, providing API for customer digital channel (e.g. Customer Website and mobile application) is an advantage.
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Effective verbal and written communication skill.
- Good presentation, documentation and report writing skill.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage.
- Willing to travel and accept short-term overseas assignment as and when required.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst.
