Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the formulation and promotion of platform product strategies, including category strategies, product stratification strategies, etc. able to portray different product portraits, judge the priority and direction of products at each stage, and improve product operation efficiency 2. Build a product growth mechanism, deeply understand the characteristics of the industry and the needs of merchants, classify and grade products, and formulate corresponding product and operation strategies to improve the richness and competitiveness of platform products 3. Ability to collaborate with multiple collaborators such as product, management, and business teams to promote efficiency improvement in commodity operations drive the efficiency of commodity circulation within the platform through policies and mechanisms 4. Strong data analysis capabilities, able to coordinate internal and external efforts, and promote the implementation of strategies.
Qualifications
1. 3 years or more of operational work experience, with e-commerce or operational work experience preferred 2. Excellent data analysis, logical judgment and abstraction capabilities, enthusiasm for collecting information close to the front line, and the ability to understand the business logic of different types of merchants 3. Strong project leadership awareness, result-oriented, and practical experience in coordinating multiple resources to promote implementation and get results.
