You will be part of our Business Development Team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of Growth, Customer + Product Excellence.
Your Role
You will be responsible steering + leveraging the capabilities of your direct team, sales channels + our network pushing for high levels of service quality. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.
Your Responsibilities
- To develop growth strategies + plans for your product; ultimately increasing your client base.
- To research business opportunities from various channels + viable income streams, writing business proposals + ensuring that the correct pricing + solutions are available to profitably grow the business in collaboration with our pricing team.
- To conduct regular anytime conversations with all direct reports to discuss + ensure traction on delivering performance + development goals.
- To support during sales calls + creating customer specific value propositions.
- To provide up to date market + pricing information to stakeholders, setting pricing bands in line with local conditions + yield targets.
- To conduct daily + weekly stand-up meetings with your team to identify + resolve business issues.
- To report on successes + areas needing improvement, especially for customer retention.
