Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the experience evaluation of one or more directions of Douyin search, carry out continuous evaluation, special evaluation, iterative evaluation and other projects to meet the evaluation needs of search products and strategies 2. Be responsible for the quality of the evaluation results. According to the user experience and business plan, accurately produce evaluation results based on the evaluation standards and data analysis to meet the quality requirements of search evaluation continuously improve the efficiency of the evaluation, propose feasible optimization plans through the analysis and analysis of the evaluation process, promote the upgrading of evaluation tools, evaluation processes and evaluation methods, and obtain the benefits of efficiency improvement 3. Be responsible for the satisfaction of evaluation delivery, collaborate efficiently with upstream and downstream businesses, actively coordinate various resources inside and outside the department, ensure the quality and efficiency of evaluation output delivery, and improve delivery satisfaction 4. Decompose business goals, continuously optimize the distribution process of various evaluation tasks, improve the training system and quality and efficiency management mechanism, and build a professional and efficient team coordinate cross-departmental and cross-regional business docking and resource integration to jointly promote the achievement of business goals.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in search evaluation those with experience in evaluation and assessment of search engines, recommendation systems, advertising systems, large models, smart hardware, etc. are preferred those with experience in leading evaluation teams are preferred 2. Love to search on a daily basis and have your own unique insights on search engines 3. Result-oriented, with strong project coordination and organizational skills, able to combine resources from all parties to effectively promote project implementation 4. Sensitive to data, good at data analysis, strong logical thinking ability, and good ability to summarize and generalize 5.
