Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SEC Reporting Manager at Gogoro in Taipei. The SEC Reporting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and filing of the company's financial reports in compliance with SEC regulations. The role involves working closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting and conducting technical accounting research.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Financial Statements, and Financial Reporting skills
• Finance and Accounting knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in conducting accounting research
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in SEC reporting prefer
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus
