Securities Services provides securities dealing services of various investment products to different business segments including Private Banking, Corporate Wealth Management and Branches of the Bank. Their underlying customers can invest different asset classes, including HK and global equities, fixed income products, equity and non-equity structured products. Structured products are the alternative investment choice for enhancing investors potential returns, while bond investments can provide stable return.

Securities Dealing Manager.
Principal responsibilities:- Execute and monitor the securities dealing activities and its operations, ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and review the standard of procedures on dealing and operation processes to align with the compliance and risk culture of the Bank.
- Conduct comprehensive market surveillance of securities activities relate to retail customers and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Champion the maintenance of operational resilience by implementing best practice that ensure business continuity for all dealing operations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate the development of securities business and to offer quality customer journey over all channels.
- Keep abreast on industry trends, distil this knowledge and sharing with the wider team.
Requirements:
Degree in finance, business management or related discipline. Over 5 years of related experiences in the securities dealing and sound knowledge of dealing operation, control and market surveillance. Good knowledge of local and major stock markets. Leadership quality in handling conflicts and decision making. Strong commitment in taking new challenges, self-motivation and able to work independently under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skill. Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
