Responsibilities
1. Proficient in using UE4 or UE5, plan according to project concept design and LD white box, and complete high-quality scene layout and atmosphere creation 2. Iterate the modeling and lighting design of scene levels to improve quality, benchmark the level quality of 3A products, be good at realistic art style, have strong aesthetic and modeling ability, and have excellent control over composition, color, and lighting 3. Collaborate closely with TA and other pipelines to research and develop engine function-related modules, proactively solve problems, have a strong sense of teamwork, and cooperate with other pipelines to complete and implement performance optimization solutions for multiple platforms.
Qualifications
1. More than three years of experience in 3D modeling, more than four years of experience in editing, complete project development experience, familiar with the next-generation scene development process, PBR production process, proficient in using various software, including but not limited to UE5, 3dsMax, Maya, Houdini, WorldCreator, Gaea and other common auxiliary tools, with priority in scene planning and asset integration capabilities 2. Have a solid foundation in art, good design, modeling ability and art literacy, and have excellent perception of composition, color, light and shadow relationship, and atmosphere shaping 3. Have sufficient experience and sensitivity in performance optimization, and cooperate with TA and other pipelines to complete performance optimization implementation 4. Have strong learning ability, good stress resistance and teamwork ability, continue to pay attention to and understand industry trends, be familiar with mainstream game art styles, have sufficient sensitivity to new technologies in the field, and have enthusiasm for the game industry 5. Those with experience in PC or host and multi-terminal coexistence project development are preferred, and those with experience in 3A-level commercial game projects are preferred.
