Job Description
This job will be individual sales contributor and responsible for CAD/PLM/ALM/IoT/AR solutions direct selling in key accounts.
Specific Responsibilities
- Value Selling to key customers
- Manage a forecast to achieve assigned quota within the territory
- Account Planning and sales execution in assigned territory
- Accountability to conduct field visits, pipeline development, and direct engagement
- The attributes we look for is a target oriented, motivated, intelligent, and hardworking individual. The ability to communicate effectively is essential along with a good working attitude and high ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Strong resiliency with self-motivation and hunter spirit
- Proven track records of building strong relationships with CxO level customers
- Enterprise software/system (such as ERP/PLM/ALM) solution selling experience is preferred
- Good verbal and written English communications skills
- High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and winning attitude
