Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the quality assurance of the big models of various businesses within the Douyin system (customer service, digital humans, content understanding, etc.), covering big model engineering, data, algorithms, etc., including the entire process of base models, inference deployment and online applications 2. Apply algorithm capabilities to actual test scenarios, including evaluation plan planning, domain knowledge base construction, model training, etc. 3. Provide quality assurance for big models and related directions (such as Continuously track and investigate cutting-edge technologies of deep learning (NLP, CV, multimodality, etc.) 4. Have strong communication and coordination skills, need to communicate closely with collaborators (algorithms, business side) to align progress and ideas, and improve and optimize the evaluation plan in a targeted manner for some changes and pain points in algorithms and businesses.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors, more than 3 years of experience in deep learning algorithm research and development 2. Familiar with mainstream pre-trained models such as Bert/Transformer/GPT, and proficient in any mainstream machine learning framework such as TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras 3. Have strong modeling ability from business problems to algorithm models, have strong technical curiosity, self-drive and enterprising spirit, and can pay attention to and learn industry best practices in a timely manner 4. In the field of large models, those who have led projects or papers with great influence are preferred those who have pre-trained models related to NLP, CV, etc. and their downstream applications are preferred.
