Lead the development of large language models, with special attention to the construction and improvement of privacy security in intelligent interaction, text generation and other core NLP/ML algorithm models 2. Develop other related algorithm applications in the field of privacy, including but not limited to content generation, reasoning and code generation 3. Explore cutting-edge technologies related to large language models and apply them to scenarios centered on privacy security.
Qualifications
1. Master degree or above in computer science, mathematics, physics, statistics and related majors, more than 5 years of experience in the algorithm field 2. Comprehensive learning and practical experience in natural language processing and/or machine learning specific fields these fields include but are not limited to: classification systems, dialogue question and answer, knowledge graph/graph modeling, multimodal modeling, etc. 3. Priority will be given to candidates who are familiar with big data. Candidates with advanced training and reinforcement learning algorithms, and the ability to effectively solve problems in large model training and applications 4. Proficiency in at least one deep learning framework, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, including the specific details of its training and deployment familiarity with commonly used machine learning and deep learning algorithms, as well as basic network model structures and text representation methods 5. Excellent coding skills, proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Go or C++, and a solid foundation in algorithms and data structures 6. Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability priority will be given to candidates who have published papers at top conferences or contributed to influential open source projects.
