We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

About this team
The Third Party Logistics team owns the relationships with our 3rd party logistics (distribution and transportation) partners globally and effectively builds capabilities to ensure our partners operate within agreed SLA's and budget. The team brings learnings from our global partners back into our organization (and vice versa) and drives synergies between and across our global partners. As the Senior Analyst of the team, you will work closely with and support the Third Party Logistics manager(s) and play a pivotal role in driving the 3PL cost and performance.

A day in the life:

Financial performance data analysis

  • Build costing comparison toolkit to allow deepdive costing analysis for our global distribution partners. Create standardized tools across multiple partners and regions to enable comparative analytics that support the 3rd party logistics strategy. Lead the analysis for monthly & quarterly financial performance reviews with external and internal business partners.
  • Lead cost summary and qualitative analysis for and during RFP's for distribution and outbound logistics, provide relevant insights that support contract and/or annual SLA renewals and lead annual capacity reviews with our partners across Asia.

Operational performance data analysis

  • Develop, drive and maintain reports with and from 3rd party partners to support performance auditing and help drive monthly and quarterly business reviews with our partners.
  • Lead analytics into operational and/or productivity reviews with 3rd party partners, understand the data to identify gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.

Contract management

  • Support the 3rd party logistics team to coordinate between legal, procurement and other internal stakeholders to ensure contract and risk assessments are aligned and completed timely.
  • Lead the implementation and maintain a contract repository and archiving methodology for SLA's & contracts, which will support the 3rd party logistics team in timely scheduling of contract and SLA review timelines. Ensure repository is continuously updated with latest versions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, logistics or equivalent training desired
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in distribution and logistics operations preferably for a multi-channel retailer or like-minded industry brand

  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.
  • Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.

  • Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.
  • Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn't take themselves too seriously.
