Participate in the product development and business iteration of TikTok's social business, and be responsible for the ability expansion and new scene landing in the message direction 2. Design a reasonable business and technical framework for engineering to improve R&D efficiency and quality 3. Participate in technical research and technical breakthroughs in R&D 4. Participate in the performance, power consumption, and experience optimization of business systems.
Qualifications
1. Good coding style and programming foundation, with certain architecture design capabilities, and can complete the module solution design well 2. Proficient in Java/Kotlin, familiar with Android's mainstream frameworks and open source technologies (such as Android Architecture Components, RxJava, Retrofit, etc.) 3. Passionate and curious about technology, willing to take the initiative to invest energy to understand the combined application of new technologies and promote the implementation of technology 4. Have good analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to be independent in the subsystem you are responsible for, promote the discovery and resolution of problems, and take the initiative to promote project progress and achieve project goals 5. Have good team communication and cross-team collaboration capabilities 6. Bonus points for those with IM-related development experience and good English listening and speaking skills.
