Senior Backend Development Engineer - Douyin Live

1. Responsible for the business iteration support of Douyin Live broadcast, viewing, distribution and other directions 2. Maintenance and architecture evolution of Douyin Live basic services such as users, room entry/room, anchor, etc. 3. Ensure the ultimate stability of the core links of Douyin Live 4. Combine the vertical business fields of each core link and optimize the domain architecture 5. Build a general architecture governance platform and tools to drive the overall global architecture optimization of Douyin Live.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major 2. Have at least one development experience in Golang/Java/Python, with strong sense of responsibility, self-drive and growth mindset 3. Proficient in Golang/Java/Python common frameworks, and have a deep understanding of the features provided by the framework and the details of its implementation principles 4. Have good business combing and abstraction capabilities, and master the basic skills of refactoring code 5. Have good coding habits, clear structure, naming specifications, strong logic, and low code redundancy 6. Have experience in the design and development of distributed systems, and be able to independently complete the design and development of the system.
