Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development and implementation of the business sections related to Douyin e-commerce, providing a good purchasing service experience for C-end consumers and providing good business tools and platforms for merchants 2. Continuously optimize the architecture of Douyin e-commerce related sections, improve system stability and performance for the C side, ensure stable and reliable access to the system in the face of massive traffic, provide good abstract design for the B side, improve system scalability, and support complex and changing business needs 3. Continuously improve the functional architecture, improve R&D efficiency and delivery quality, and ensure the continuous, efficient and reliable delivery of business needs.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of server-side development experience, with high-concurrency distributed system design and development experience, and rich experience in online system problem handling 2. Proficient in Go development or have the intention to switch to Go, with strong architectural capabilities and good code specifications 3. Those with experience in e-commerce, group buying, distribution and other related e-commerce business development are preferred 4. Strong work responsibility and good communication and coordination skills, strong medium- and long-term planning capabilities 5. Have good domain modeling and abstract design capabilities, and have a special persistence in scalability, stability, performance, and quality 6. Have experience in complex project management and execution, have a good product awareness, and pay attention to data computer, communication, mathematics and other related majors, those with experience in e-commerce related fields are preferred.
