Senior Bluetooth Software Development Engineer/Technical Leader

1. Responsible for the research and development of new Bluetooth functions for the Android system, and optimize the device interconnection pairing experience and transmission delay 2. Analyze the compatibility issues of Bluetooth devices and use systematic solutions to effectively iterate and improve 3. Analyze the performance bottlenecks of Profiles (A2DP/HFP/BLE Audio) at each level of the Bluetooth Framework/protocol stack, and find optimization solutions.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, software and other related majors more than 3 years of Bluetooth development experience 2. Understand the operation and technical principles of classic Bluetooth and BLE protocols 3. Proficient in programming using JAVA/C++ and have good programming habits 4. Familiar with the operation mechanism of AirDrop/FastPair or experience in Bluetooth protocol performance optimization projects is preferred.
