Senior Business Analyst

1. Continuously optimize the existing business analysis system and establish a top-down target and indicator management system 2. Cooperate with various internal and external teams, such as products, machine audits, upstream and downstream business parties, and independently be responsible for promoting the implementation and promotion of more complex projects 3. Independently conduct business problem analysis and research, including special analysis of business scale, human resources, business format, operational efficiency and other modules, and promote the implementation of special analysis in the business 4. Actively diagnose and discover business problems, output business strategies, and at the same time, be able to precipitate business analysis ideas and produce valuable solutions and suggestions for the business 5. Continue to track the industry-leading business analysis system at home and abroad, and continue to iterate internally.

1. Bachelor degree or above, consulting and Internet strategy work experience is preferred 2. Have strong communication, coordination, promotion and stress resistance, and be able to independently operate cross-departmental project implementation and delivery 3. Strong self-drive and curiosity, strong empathy, passion for participating in business and rapid growth, and able to adapt to the work rhythm 4. Risk control management experience is preferred.
