Senior Business Analyst

1. ByteDance China Security Risk Control System Team, to ensure the sustainable growth of ByteDance China 2. Establish a community security business analysis system, and establish a management system from top to bottom 3. Cooperate with various internal and external teams, such as products, technology, etc., as PMO to promote the implementation and promotion of S-level projects 4. Continuously track the industry-leading business analysis systems at home and abroad, and continuously optimize the operation analysis system of large teams.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of business analysis experience, experience in business analysis or strategic analysis is preferred 2. Strong communication, coordination and promotion skills, able to independently operate cross-departmental project implementation and delivery 3. Self-driven and curious, strong empathy, passionate about participating in business and rapid growth, able to adapt to the work rhythm 4. Risk control management experience is preferred.
