1. Responsible for the growth of Capcut authors in the United States, and design differentiated growth paths based on author classification 2. Responsible for the design of the author management system, and drive author growth through mechanisms such as traffic and activities 3. Responsible for the supply of templates for various business projects, and responsible for quality and quantity.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of overseas author operation experience is preferred, and have a good understanding of authors, video templates, and mainstream overseas content platforms 2. Familiar with template design and video editing, sensitive to popular trends in video editing, and rich editing experience is preferred 3. Understand American culture and mainstream social platforms, and be able to combine local trends with editing templates 4. Good logical thinking, strong data analysis and business implementation capabilities, have innovative experience in insight into real business needs and promote the transformation of internal mechanism rules, and be able to independently complete special analysis 5. Strong learning ability and execution, good at cross-departmental communication and coordination, resource integration and project management.
