Senior Data Analyst

1. Responsible for the statistical analysis of department business data, analyze and track business changes, put forward business optimization and management improvement suggestions, and support business decision-making and management with data-driven 2. Track the development of key business projects, establish business data models, monitor and analyze the status of business operation and development, discover business pain points, put forward strategic suggestions, and assist in promoting implementation and effect analysis 3. Design and present department business data reports.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, finance, mathematics, statistics and other related majors are preferred, 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, and project management experience 2. Have the ability to learn quickly and structured thinking, can quickly understand the business, and have insight into the connection between business and data. Those with experience in operation optimization are preferred 3. Proficient in EXCEL, PPT, SQL, familiar with database tools such as Hive and Spark, understand data warehouses and data visualization, familiar with commonly used statistical and analysis methods, and those with experience in Internet data analysis are preferred 4. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive thinking, able to quickly adapt to the work environment, and have communication and coordination, closed-loop management and promotion capabilities.
