Responsibilities
The audio-data analysis department is responsible for the data analysis of ByteDance's business direction. The business line covers not only mature products such as Douyin and Toutiao, but also various innovative projects that are being incubated. Here, data can be used to guide the innovative business from 0 to 1, starting from the ground it can also be used to analyze the direction of breakthroughs and empower mature products to continue to grow. Our responsibility is to find the most suitable indicators and dimensions from the PB-level data generated every day, and find insights that can be optimized from the most real business phenomena, and turn our findings into growth. 1. Responsible for the data analysis of the Douyin game business 2. Analyze various factors that affect business improvement and growth, and various business details, and combine the business direction to provide an overall product/operation optimization plan that can be implemented 3. Work with the product Cooperate with /operation/R&D to promote the implementation of the optimization plan and bring actual business growth 4. Responsible for the design and analysis of various A/B experiments in the business, evaluation of product optimization effects, analysis and evaluation of operating strategies or market activities, core Index change analysis, client version effect evaluation, etc. 5. Responsible for the construction of business-specific models 6. Overall responsible for team management, recruitment and training.
Qualifications
1. Mathematics, statistics, computer related majors are preferred 2. Experience in data analysis of Internet companies or game industry, first-line products or Operational business optimization experience is preferred 3. Clear logic, sensitive to data, able to explore the relationship between business details and data, and promote optimization through data indicators 4. Good teamwork and communication skills 5. Proficient in SQL , Proficiency in using R/Python for data analysis and mining 6. Mastering Tableau and other BI tools is preferred 7. Interested in the game industry, with in-depth thinking or analysis experience is preferred 8. Team management experience is preferred.
