Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the data analysis of the live streaming business, follow up the live streaming-revenue-multi-person scenario direction, focus on the multi-person audio and video interaction scenarios in the live streaming room (anchor-anchor scenario, anchor-audience scenario), and explore scenarios to promote the revenue growth points of the live streaming market 2. Analyze the factors affecting product improvement and growth, various business details, and combine the business direction to provide a feasible overall product optimization plan 3. Cooperate with product/operation/R&D to promote the implementation of optimization plans and bring about actual improvement and growth in business 4. Responsible for the design and analysis of various A/B experiments, product optimization effect evaluation, market activity analysis and evaluation, core indicator change analysis, client version effect evaluation, etc. 5. Responsible for the construction of specialized business models 6. Combined with the accumulated experience in data analysis, actively explore the current business situation and output key insights.
Qualifications
1. Priority will be given to those with a major in mathematics, statistics, or computer science priority will be given to those who have a strong interest in driving business optimization through data analysis 2. Priority will be given to those with experience in Internet data analysis, front-line product or operational business optimization 3. Clear logic, sensitivity to data, able to discover the connection between business details and data, and promote optimization through data indicators 4. Good teamwork and communication skills 5. Proficient in SQL, proficient in using R/Python for data analysis and mining mastering BI tools such as Tableau is preferred 6. Love watching live broadcasts, are interested in the live broadcast industry, have an understanding of the user payment ecosystem, and have in-depth thinking or analysis experience.
