Responsibilities
1. Responsible for data monitoring of content security business, building a business indicator system, and effectively disclosing business progress and risks 2. Have sensitive insight into business conditions and business assessments, be able to accurately attribute problems, provide accurate and efficient decision-making support to business leaders, and promote the completion of business goals 3. Have a deep business perspective, fully understand the goals of content security business, help the business conduct business exploration, diagnosis and optimization, numerical calculation, business review and other analysis work, and put forward constructive decision-making suggestions 4. Have a good understanding of the underlying data and data products, help the business design data products and cooperate with upstream and downstream departments to realize data productization.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of data analysis, content security business analysis, team business analysis or operation experience is preferred, computer, statistics, mathematics, economics majors are preferred 2. Have the knowledge framework of building a data indicator system, and have experience in building an indicator system master basic data analysis methods, have certain experience in data landing in business, and have professional analysis report writing ability 3. Proficient in Excel, SQL, Hive, at least proficient in one data visualization analysis tool, good at R and Python are preferred 4. Excellent communication and expression skills, strong pressure resistance, strong coordination and promotion ability team management experience is preferred.
