Responsibilities
Team Introduction: Feishu Project (Meego) is a professional project management platform built for complex scenarios. Through standardized workflows, it greatly improves collaboration efficiency, obtains project data insights, and drives project success. At present, the Feishu Project has well supported nearly a thousand customers from multiple industries and multiple countries and regions in complex collaborative scenarios such as software development, hardware development, agile development, enterprise operation management, and feedback management. 1. Through self-construction and collaboration, build a developer content system including usage documentation, training tutorials, work order support, etc. for developer users, and continuously optimize content quality, reduce the cost of getting started with developer tools, and enhance developer experience 2. Collaborate with products to establish a complete developer mining, acquisition, content production, and content consumption chain to promote the production of developer UGC, drive the output of product developer ecosystem best practices, cases, and product growth 3. Through activities, content, user operations and other means, gradually build the Feishu project developer ecosystem and technical influence, promote technology precipitation and exchange, operate and maintain the developer community platform, and encourage developers to actively participate and share 4. Implement data-driven operation strategies by building a data dashboard and conducting data analysis.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of SaaS product developer operation/technical content operation experience 2. Independent technical content production ability and good technical content awareness, computer-related majors are preferred 3. Familiar with technical community and developer culture, able to resonate and trust with developers 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good at listening and understanding developer needs 5. Excellent event planning and execution capabilities, able to write high-quality content and copywriting 6. Good teamwork spirit and cross-departmental coordination ability, able to promote multi-party resources to support community development those with technical community operation/document development experience are preferred, and personal long-term operation of technical blogs can add points.
