Role Description
- Managing and optimizing client online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on the e-retailers websites
- Supporting localization of global content
- Managing new content creation for client local brands or local cross-brand campaigns (banners for umbrella brand promotions, etc)
- Uploading and correcting the content
- SEO optimization
- Implementation of the content at Amazon+ retail management/case management (upload to Vendor Central, corrections and tracking of the implementation process, Amazon case processing)
- Communication with local retailers in alignment with e-KAM
- Being up to date with eCommerce trends
- Analyzing performance data, doing research, audits, competition analysis and making recommendations for changes based on data-driven insights
- Conducting client statuses and meetings
- Seasonal content/deals monitoring
- Create a friendly and exciting workplace
Requirements
- Proven experience in eCommerce for the FMCG sector especially in eMerchandising
- Advanced English level - at least C1
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience in working with Amazon platform
- Good understanding of (eRetailer) SEO and how to optimize product pages to improve the rankings on the eRetailers
- Analytical and coordination skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Assertiveness and courage in presenting your ideas
- Location in APAC time zone ( at least 5h shared with Australia - Sydney)
- Experience in working with Australian grocery eRetailers like Coles and Woolworths will be a big plus!
