Responsibilities
1. In combination with business goals, analyze users & markets, explore and lead the most suitable art style. 2. Participate in specific original painting design tasks, and output original painting design related templates and specifications 3. Formulate original painting processes and follow up subsequent processes according to development requirements, participate in the final 3D review to ensure the realization and restoration of the original painting design, and cooperate with the chief artist and TA to optimize the 3D effects in the engine 4. Coordinate the collaboration of internal and external teams, be responsible for the progress scheduling and follow-up of the original painting link, review and guide the original painting design draft to ensure output quality 5. Accumulate and share design experience, write courseware and train newcomers.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of game art experience, complete product experience is preferred 2. Have good basic art skills, proficient in using Photoshop and other painting software and 3D tools to assist in design, familiar with the use of 3D art modules and the entire process (original painting, 3D, dynamic effects, Unity, UE), familiar with AI-related technologies is preferred 3. Have excellent aesthetic ability, keen understanding of color/composition, and have a deep understanding of the art expression and style design of the second dimension and beautiful realistic style 4. Have Internet product thinking, familiar with demand analysis, goal setting, process management, coordination and communication, outsourcing docking and other skills 5. Have strong learning ability, continue to pay attention to and understand the dynamics of the industry, love art, good teamwork spirit, and be down-to-earth and responsible.
