Senior Douyin Content Operations Manager - Submission Direction

1. Responsible for the content operation of Douyin UGC submission and material direction, and responsible for the submission indicators 2. Based on the core population, explore the user's creative motivation and creation needs, and promote the efficient creation of special effects/templates and other gameplay 3. Have judgment on content and hot spots, be able to study special effect content trends and user consumption habits, monitor content supply and conversion and other data indicators through content strategies, activities and other means, and increase the scale of submissions.

1. More than 2 years of experience in Internet operations, those with experience in video/image design or content strategy, material, and effect operations are preferred 2. Familiar with the content industry and the mainstream content platform ecology, sensitive to network hot spots, and keen on current popular network information 3.
