Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the introduction and maintenance of game manufacturers game content management cooperation in Douyin, and ensure the operation experience and quality of manufacturers in cooperation with the platform 2. Plan and implement relevant operation actions based on the content supply and consumption scale of games on the platform, the level of user activity, and the scale of author income 3. Output and implement platform activities in response to the development needs of different game cycles, including user activities, manufacturer business activities, content supply promotion activities, etc., to accumulate methods in the long term and form reusable SOPs 4. Based on the perspectives of game manufacturers, creators, users and other parties, output platform product & service requirements, and promote internal product, strategy and other collaborative departments to iterate platform products and services, with the goal of achieving self-service operations for manufacturers.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in game operation or game content platform channel operation, familiar with the logic of boutique game distribution 2. Familiar with the game content ecology (including video, live broadcast, graphics and text), understand game experts, institutions, etc., and have an understanding and recognition of game content driving game distribution 3. Familiar with game operation, understand the logic of user retention, payment, etc., and understand the business content and pain points of the game in the whole life cycle 4. Familiar with Douyin and other content platform products, have a good product awareness and communication panel, sensitive to data, have relevant platform operation work experience and excellent data analysis ability are preferred 5. Possess good communication skills, overall coordination skills, and have internal and external cross-team cooperation experience are preferred 6. Have energy, strong self-drive, strong sense of responsibility and love of games, and be familiar with the gameplay of various categories of games.
