Senior Electrical Hardware Engineer

Job Description

1. Design and develop hardware for automotive BMS, including sensors, control

circuits, communication interfaces, etc., to enable precise battery monitoring and

management.

2. Simulate and optimize electronic circuits to ensure high efficiency, stability, and

reliability.

3. Plan and execute hardware verification and testing plans to ensure designs meet

technical specifications and quality standards.

4. Lead the hardware design team, providing guidance and support to ensure team

objectives are met.

5. Collaborate with software engineers and other relevant departments to achieve

seamless integration of hardware and software components.

6. Analyze faults and issues, provide solutions, and conduct repairs to ensure project

progress remains unobstructed.

7. Stay abreast of vehicle communication protocols to ensure smooth

interconnectivity of BMS hardware with other vehicle components.

8. Ensure hardware designs adhere to relevant safety and compliance requirements,

participating in testing and validation efforts.

9. Monitor technological trends and best practices, continuously optimizing BMS

hardware design processes.

Other

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related disciplines.

2. Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive ECU hardware design and development.

3. Proficiency in electronic circuit design and simulation tools such as Altium, Cadence, KiCad etc.

4. In-depth understanding of various battery technologies and energy management.

5. Familiarity with embedded systems development, including experience with MCU, FPGAs, etc.

6. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, capable of guiding and coordinating team members.

7. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

8. Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse professional teams.

9. Familiarity with vehicle communication protocols such as CAN, LIN etc.

10. Awareness of relevant safety and compliance standards.

11. Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement, staying updated with the latest technologies and trends.
