As a Product Yield Enhancement (PYE) Engineer for Micron Technology, Inc., you will work with a team responsible for taking next generation devices from design to mass production. You will focus on driving test yield and product reliability at product introduction which allows for rapid production ramp and early time to market. Your primary areas of responsibility will use a combination of electrical and physical characterization techniques combined with statistical analysis to identify physical defects introduced by process level. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating and coordinating backend yield improvement activities with Management, Product, Process, and Test Engineering.

These may includeand not limited to

• Supporting Data/Electrical failure analysis to understand problem root cause.

• Working with Fab to implement and track process corrective action.

• Working with PE to implement and track coveragefor Burn fails and shift left to Probe.

• Working with TSE to resolve test issue.

• Working with GQ to improve overall product quality.
