Senior Engineer, Maintenance

Job Responsibilities

• Leading the maintenance team in BPHE plant, full life cycle management of machines, continuously improvements on both productivity and cost
• Improve shopfloor machine safety
• Ensuring implementation and compliance with IATF16949 quality system
• Drive maintenance plan/TPM and coordinate with production
• Spare parts management
• Analyse of energy/ breakdown/maintenance cost
• Determine the necessary competence of mechanist, organizational knowledge maintain and make it available and acquire additional knowledge

Background & Skills

• Bachelor degree in mechanical and/or electrical engineering
• 8 years work experience in international company
• Fluent English
• 16949 quality system
• Hands-on work attitude
• Knowledge or experience of welding is preferred
• Automotive industry experience is preferred
• Mechanical design or programming skill is preferred
