Applications are invited for appointment as Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Social Sciences (Ref: 530451), to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Responsibilities
The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the Faculty's research administration and development, including administration of research grant applications and funding schemes, project management support to various research support activities/programmes under the Faculty and its research hubs/clusters, and preparation of project-related materials and statistical reports. They will also assist in organising research seminars and events, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and performing any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
