1. Actively study user services in life service scenarios and refine the core findings of user research 2. Based on the core findings of service research, use the methods and theories of product, process, and system interaction to develop service solutions to enhance service reputation 3. Research user groups and design tiered service plans to match user service demands of different industries and types.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of product operation experience, familiar with service operation system, with product awareness and ability, mature service innovation design experience is preferred 2. Have keen insight into problems and good logical thinking ability, have a product perspective, and be able to solve problems through products 3. Have a certain business sensitivity, and be able to keenly capture user needs that are commercially valuable to the company through service signals 4. Have a certain user research ability, understand the basic process of user research, and interpret the corresponding opportunities 5. Have a strong sense of purpose, and be able to optimize around the goal and promote the implementation of the project.
