Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-team engineers to bring users the ultimate experience in the product 2. Be responsible for the R&D of business front-end solutions, core module development, and be responsible for product quality delivery 3. Learn and understand the working principles of the product, and participate in building end-to-end solutions 4. Participate in the construction of the front-end engineering system, gradually optimize R&D performance, quality, efficiency, safety and cost, and drive business development through the continuous output of front-end technology 5. Pay attention to the development of front-end cutting-edge technology Be able to pass on new knowledge to the team, share and promote technology, and transform it into potential projects.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of front-end experience, solid basic computer knowledge, familiar with common data structures, algorithms and design patterns, and able to use them flexibly in daily research and development 2. In-depth understanding of Web front-end development technology, including but not limited to HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript, etc. 3. Master at least one mainstream front-end framework, including but not limited to React/Vue/Angular, etc., and have actual project development experience 4. Familiar with website performance optimization and understand the implementation principles of browsers 5. Familiar with interaction design theory, able to implement excellent interaction design into products able to independently complete the research and development of a complex module or project 6. Self-driven, strong learning ability, lively and cheerful personality like to toss, love to study new technologies, and be willing to preach have a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, logical thinking ability and expression ability. Bonus points: 1. Familiar with creators and content creation and consumption ecosystem, those with relevant experience are preferred 2. Experience in mobile or cross-end development (iOS/Android/Lynx/React Native/Flutter) 3. Full-stack development experience, familiar with Node/Python/Go 4. Open source works or technical blogs.
