Responsibilities
1. Explore the implementation of AI technology in front-end scenarios, and be responsible for the iteration and design of front-end intelligent engineering links, involving scenario mining, reasoning engineering, model deployment, prompt design and tuning, model fine-tuning, etc. 2. Participate in project technology selection and research, put forward professional and reasonable solution suggestions, and promote technology-driven to generate more business value, and jointly explore the next generation of products under the AI-first perspective 3. Participate in the team's front-end engineering and architecture design, gradually improve R&D efficiency and quality, and drive business development through the continuous output of front-end technology 4. Participate in the optimization of front-end engineering system and architecture design, participate in the practice and implementation of the construction of the full-stack technology system, and provide high-quality support for the iteration of the platform's front-end business 5. Continuously reconstruct and optimize the system to improve interactive experience, system performance, availability, scalability and monitoring capabilities.
Qualifications
1. Solid basic computer knowledge, familiar with common data structures, algorithms and design patterns, and able to use them flexibly in daily research and development 2. In-depth understanding of Web front-end development technology, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript, etc. 3. Master at least one mainstream front-end framework, including React/Vue/Angular, etc., and have practical project development experience 4. Have multi-terminal development capabilities, understand React Native, Flutter, applets, mini-games, etc., and have certain practical development experience 5. Be able to skillfully use AI application development platforms such as Coze, analyze and build complete Agent links according to specific scenarios be familiar with the AI technology ecosystem, and have experience in technical development such as Prompt Enginering, LLM, AI Agent, multimodality, RAG, Memory, etc. 6. Priority is given to understanding technologies such as machine learning/deep learning/computer vision, and being able to choose appropriate technical solutions according to business scenarios computer, communication and other related majors, with 3 years or more of front-end research and development experience.
