Senior Front-end R&D Engineer - Douyin (Shanghai/Beijing)

1. Responsible for the front-end technical development of Douyin author experience products, including mobile products and PC products 2. Complete user function design and development to ensure compatibility with browsers or other terminal devices 3. Optimize front-end performance and improve user experience through technical means 4. Design and develop common components, tools and libraries to improve development quality and efficiency.

1. Have a good computer foundation, be familiar with common data structures and algorithms, and be proficient in using at least one programming language to complete code writing 2. Be interested in in-depth learning of front-end technology development and understanding of user interaction experience 3. Be proficient in using front-end technologies such as HTML(5)/CSS(3)/JS to complete page layout and interactive development 4. Students who are familiar with using front-end frameworks such as Vue/React or have experience in Web project development are preferred 5. Be positive and optimistic, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have good communication and collaboration skills, logical thinking skills, and service awareness.
