Senior Front-end R&D Engineer - Instant Retail

1. Responsible for the front-end development of Douyin e-commerce related business segments 2. Responsible for business component development, platform optimization, business infrastructure and other work 3. Overcome project difficulties and support high-difficulty demand development 4. Understand the operation of related business segments in the actual process, and propose optimization plans from a technical perspective to improve overall business efficiency.

1. Solid computer foundation, proficient in React, JavaScript, ES5/6, CSS, and proficient in various layouts priority is given to those with experience in Node, B-side system and operation background development 2. Have certain experience in solving browser compatibility issues and front-end performance optimization 3. Understand engineering thinking, have a certain understanding of construction and continuous integration, and be familiar with a construction tool 4. Understand component development thinking, have certain design capabilities, and be familiar with at least one mainstream front-end framework 5. Understand common back-end technology stacks and tools, and have practical experience in multi-role collaboration to complete projects 6. Have a good sense of service, responsibility, strong learning ability, and excellent team communication and collaboration skills.
