Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the functional implementation and effect optimization of game combat related systems 2. Abstract the combat performance effect system, formulate rules and produce documents 3. Understand the game development steps, and coordinate the combat-related character skill design and numerical content 4. Organize and write requirement documents for design, development, and test personnel to clarify functional requirements 5. Communicate effectively with other planners, programmers, and art members to ensure that the results are in line with the design concept 6. Cooperate with game operations, analyze data and user needs, and explore new functions cultivate and guide other battle planning work to ensure that their work meets the specifications, quality and experience required by the project.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of battle planning experience 2. Love the game industry, rich experience in action games, and have successful ARPG/MMO/MOBA/game project experience first 3. Have a deep ability to abstract battle prototypes, have a deep ability to build and iterate battle rules, and be sensitive to battle-related values 4. Proficient in using Office, mind maps, Axture and other software, strong logical thinking ability, and good ability to write demand documents 5. Good communication and expression skills, rich imagination and creativity.
