Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the relevant work of R&D and operation throughout the entire life cycle, including but not limited to product positioning, user positioning, operation strategy, ROI recovery model, etc. 2. Responsible for the formulation of product operation planning schemes, including game content optimization, commercial design and operation activities output plans and plans, and promote their implementation in the project 3. Combine data analysis and player feedback to make product tuning and commercial optimization, solve product problems, and ensure that product data meets the standards 4. Deeply explore user needs and expand the commercialization space within the game 5. Research industry products and refine commercialization measures that can be used as reference for the project team.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of experience in game operation, familiar with the game operation process, good at ARPG, MMO game operation and commercialization optimization 2. Excellent analytical ability, logical thinking, insight into the market and user needs, and certain innovation ability 3. Experience in leading products at the R&D or distribution level, strong pressure resistance, efficient execution, and experience in fully responsible for the development of more than one game to online operation 4. Experience in data analysis and high industry sensitivity, and a deep understanding of the market and the overall environment 5. Good communication skills and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities.
