Responsibilities
1. Support e-commerce related business teams, have an in-depth understanding of business conditions and team operations, understand business strategies and promote the effective implementation of human resource strategies in business departments 2. Be responsible for the team building of the business department, design personnel growth paths and personnel training programs based on the existing team situation, effectively formulate and implement talent development plans and follow up on implementation 3. Be able to have insight into the problems of the organization and team, and apply professional theories, methods, and tools to provide business teams with comprehensive solutions, Including recruitment, training, performance, employee relations and other human resources work, and promote the implementation of the plan 4. Assist in the construction of the organization and team atmosphere, promote the construction of corporate culture and the rapid development of business.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of HRBP work experience is preferred 2. Understand the basic work of each module of human resources, and have practical experience in recruitment, performance, etc. 3. Familiar with relevant national human resources policies, laws and regulations 4. Self-driven, strong thinking, conscientious and responsible, affinity, able to bear greater work pressure, and able to adapt to the company's fast-growing work rhythm.
