Senior Investment Manager

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead M&A activities, conducting financial due diligence and analysis for potential or upcoming projects until financial closure
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial modeling to predict the success of projects
• Be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from bidding processes to financial closure to development stage to construction phase.
• Securing project finance while managing relationships with lenders/banks/financing firms to ensure all processes are run smoothly

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in financial modeling, financial due diligence in energy-related projects.
• Experience in project financing within in energy sector will be preferred but not mandatory.
