Position Overview:
The Learning and Development Manager will play a crucial role in aligning the company's talent development strategies with its overall business objectives. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing employee learning and development programs to ensure that the workforce possesses the necessary skills and capabilities to meet the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will foster an agile and self-driven learning culture, enabling employees to adapt to rapidly changing internal and external environments.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Training Manager or in a similar role.
Experience in managing learning projects across multiple sites is highly desirable.
Proven leadership in managing a training team of 6+ members, with strong
communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Skilled in
executing training programs aligned with company transformation strategies.
Strong commitment to continuous learning and cross-functional development. Proficient
in process improvement, project management, problem analysis, and resolution.
Demonstrates a proactive approach to challenges with a can-do attitude.
Ability to plan and execute global company-wide and multinational projects.
Proficient in English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
