Job Description

Position Overview:

The Learning and Development Manager will play a crucial role in aligning the company's talent development strategies with its overall business objectives. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing employee learning and development programs to ensure that the workforce possesses the necessary skills and capabilities to meet the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will foster an agile and self-driven learning culture, enabling employees to adapt to rapidly changing internal and external environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop Global Learning and Development Strategies:

  • Formulate and implement global learning and development strategies that align with the company's business goals. This includes identifying and establishing the necessary capabilities to support the company's strategic direction.

2.Plan and Design Employee Learning and Development Systems:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive employee learning and development programs based on the established strategies. Ensure these programs effectively enhance employee skills and competencies, contributing to their professional growth and the company's overall success.

3 .Promote a Growth Mindset and Self-Driven Learning Culture:

  • Create and sustain an environment that encourages agile and self-directed learning among employees. Support the development of adaptive capabilities necessary to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing business landscape.

4.Develop and Manage Annual Corporate Training Plans:

  • Design, implement, and oversee the annual corporate training plans based on identified organizational needs. Ensure that these plans support the company's annual strategic objectives by building and enhancing employee capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Training Manager or in a similar role.

Experience in managing learning projects across multiple sites is highly desirable.

  • Leadership:

Proven leadership in managing a training team of 6+ members, with strong

communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Skilled in

executing training programs aligned with company transformation strategies.

  • Skills:

Strong commitment to continuous learning and cross-functional development. Proficient

in process improvement, project management, problem analysis, and resolution.

Demonstrates a proactive approach to challenges with a can-do attitude.

  • Project Management:

Ability to plan and execute global company-wide and multinational projects.

  • Language Proficiency:

Proficient in English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
