Senior Legal Specialist

*Job Description:*

The Senior Legal Specialist will be primarily responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts, memorandums, and other legal documents in both Chinese and English. This role also involves providing legal advice on specific clauses.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Review and revise business contracts.

2. Manage all legal matters of the company.

3. In consultation with the Continuing Sponsor and Nominated Advisor, ensure regulatory compliance and ongoing listing requirements for SGX.

4. Conduct internal training on compliance-related matters.

5. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

*Position Requirements:*

1. Minimum of 3 years of legal work experience.

2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Law or related disciplines.

3. Proficient in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

4. Intermediate proficiency in Chinese, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

Qualified lawyers who graduated from a reputable university with relevant legal work experience will be given priority in the selection process.
