Senior Manager/ Associate Director, MCV Talent and Business Development
To support the agency recruitment functions targeting MCV talents and drive new recruitment projects with an ultimate goal to grow the agency force aggressively in alignment with the Company's direction of developing Premium Agency.
Position Responsibilities:
Drive the MCV recruitment
Collaborate with Field Force, Agency Directors and different departments to support all Company's recruitment initiatives to help grow agency manpower for long-term sustainable business growth
Design, promote and execute recruitment campaigns via various communication channels with field force
Plan and coordinate seminars and recruitment platforms to s upport agency recruitment activities
Organize training workshops and deliver regular recruitment training to agency
Design, write-up and develop recruitment materials / tools and provide regular content maintenance
Enhance agency communication through district meetings and provide ad hoc support to other agency functions
Prepare articles for Company's newsletter and other platforms to communicate with agency on recruitment initiatives
Support in running regular recruitment events and provide necessary support to team members as required
Required Qualifications:
University Degree in a relevant discipline
At least 8 years of working experience in insurance industry with good understanding in tied agency, in which at least 3 years in managerial position
Strong background in MCV recruitment / business development and understand the key business drivers
Experience in tied agency training and development is preferable
Effective presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills in managing internal superiors, peers and team as well as managing external relationships
Excellent command of Putonghua as well as spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
