Position: Senior Manager, Facility Management

What You Will Do:

Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Coordinate and oversee all facility-related activities, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and installations.

Manage and monitor facility budgets, track expenses, and plan for future needs.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address facility-related challenges and opportunities.

Utilize innovative technology solutions to streamline facility management processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

Plan and execute facility layout and workspace design changes, ensuring functionality, ergonomic considerations, and employee satisfaction.

Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program to ensure the continuous operation of equipment, systems, and utilities.

Supervise and monitor vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a large-scale environment.

In-depth knowledge of facility management best practices, building systems, and related regulations.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.

Solid understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and vendor management.

Proficient in using facility management software and technology tools.

Relevant certifications in facility management, project management, or related fields are highly desirable.
