Plan, identify, deliver, maintain and support IT Strategic Programmes to satisfy the Authoritys mission of a world-class corporation with a leadership position in airport management and aviation business
Lead the IT Strategic Programme Team by adopting IT technologies to meet the IT demands and new directive of the Authority.To bridge the business and IT collaboration, advice on business innovating and market trend development to top management
Act as the programme director to formula, drive and monitor programme plans or IT Strategic projects including the Dongguan Logistics Park Programme as well as the Infrastructure Architecture Review
Direct a team ofIT professionals to engage user departments on new IT requests, manage scope, cost, timeline, activities and resources to meet the project objectives and KPIs
Act as a Business Relationship Manager to bridge the IT team of Dongguan Logistics Park and the Cargo IT team of the Authority to ensure seamless integration of Mainland logistics system with the airside intermodal cargo pier and continue to enhance the service and development of the logistics business among Mainland, Hong Kong and Wordwide
Ongoing provide IT consultancy and advisory services to the business partners and Dongguan Logistics Park
Support Dongguan Logistics Park to establish IT team and provide advice on managiing the IT services and solutions of Dongguan Logistics Park
Direct and proactively manage the contractors, vendors, business partners, internal and external users to plan, develop and implement IT Strategic Programmes within time and budget, and meet the related performance indicators
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 12 years of relevant IT experience, in leading and managing Applications in a sizable organization with complex IT environment and various stakeholders
Certificate in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Methodology is preferred.
Proven experience in managing and delivering projects in large organization.Experience in aviation / cargo / terminal operation / logistics industry is an advantage
Proven leadership in management skills to communicate and lead a team of professionals
Architecture / design experience is preferred
Proven experience in system architecture design and planning
Sound knowledge in IT infrastructure implementation and management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across multiple levels combined with the ability to influence change
Concrete business knowledge to understand business process and users IT requirements
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
