Senior Manager, Mobile Core Network Engineering

Your Role

• Oversees technical solution formulation of voice and value-added services to provide excellent customer experience to end users
• Communicates with different stakeholders like product managers, operation teams to understand the detailed requirements for the sake of providing cost effective solution
• Coordinates the vendors and reporting staff on implementation, maintenance and upgrade on the network infrastructure/system software and on the service delivery.
• Analyses and troubleshoots various issues for launched services & provides consultancy / system operation supports in fault resolution
• Keeps track of latest industry technology development and provide innovative ideas for introducing those new technologies

To Succeed in the Role

• Degree holder in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 7 years working experience in mobile voice network, or related value add service planning, design and/or maintenance work
• Possess strong project management and inter-personal skill, and be capable to deliver results under resource constraints.
• Excellent knowledge in SS7, ISUP, SIP, MAP, Diameter, CAMEL and VoLTE inter-working would be expected.
• Knowledge in deploying solutions in different VM and Cloud infrastructure is a plus.
• Proficient in using different programming skills for facilitation of automation for efficient planning and operation purpose
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
